Handmade Pasta

I thought I'd try making pasta from scratch. We've decided that we really like the flavor but I need the Kitchen Aid attachment to roll it thin enough. It was good and really easy...just a little too thick.

It makes a HUGE batch...the above picture is just 1/4 of the dough.
3.3 cups flour
4 eggs
Big pinch of salt.

Mix it all up, roll, and cut. Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water. Since it's fresh, it will cook in three to five minutes.


Maybe next time I'll make tomato basil pasta or spinach.


Lastly, I was given this dress by a friend that was done with it. Isn't it cute!?! I thought it might be a little short...what do you think?

I love the dress! It looks great on you. If you think it's too short (I don't), you could throw a pair of leggings on underneath.
